The Davis County Amateur Radio Club (DCARC) is an organized, incorporated group of individuals with an interest in Radio Communications.  Most of our members live in Davis County, Utah and hold Amateur Radio Licenses.  We are a diverse group with diverse interests.  Our members come from all walks of life and all ages.  We invite you to get to know us better by exploring our website.

Club activities include:

  • Quick-response, multi-operator emergency communications
  • Public Service communications (i.e. parades and special events)
  • Hobby and "Commuter" communications
  • Remote location radio communications
  • Contests and "Build a project" activities
  • Education
  • Sponsorship and maintenance of several repeater systems
  • We maintain several mobile communications vehicles
  • We maintain an Emergency Operations Center
  • Monthly meetings and Newsletters
  • Joint operations with Boy Scout events

Our club is comprised solely of volunteers from the officers to the members who follow them.  We are all volunteers, no one gets paid to do what we do.  We do it because we love to.  Join our club or just stop by one of our meetings for a visit and see why Amateur Radio is the greatest hobby in the world.
